the situation is very good. many parents got visa on the day. I think it is much easier than before. I even thought my mother might be refused, because she did not have our photos except some photos when I was very young ( at middle school). But it is passed!! If your parents want to apply it is now a right time.

Do you mean that my mother can apply for extension in USA? not need to be outside USA?
