I485 transferable?

去年2月，我的律师帮我递交了I140-EB1,和-NIW,同时递交了485申请。现在NIW已得到批准，EB1到现在还没有任何消息。可是律师告诉我，我的485是和EB1连在一起的，现在485不能转移到NIW上，因此律师建议我另发485申请，或等待EB1结果（99%补充材，得等很久）。请问各位，有遇到这种情形的吗？I485不能transfer吗?我需要申请返美证（3月底到期）是renew 现在的与EB1相关的返美证or新申请485+返美证（under NIW)？
