苦命的CIS，慢了快了都会被骂

我的律师说CIS快了并不一定是件好事。快了就以为着没有RFE。看来确实这样。NSC现在是最慢的了。等着吧。

你怎么连这样的评语都感到不可理解呢？这是非常典型的，去看看AAO的online的判例就知道。专业的重要性并不意味着任何从事这个专业的人就一定符合NIW。你还要注明个人本身的优秀才行。

(1) not too many citations,
(2) references by the people who knows the applicant
(3) not many publications so the work does not have
influence on the field.

你在当初的申材料中请是怎么对这些潜在的问题一一答复的。其中的第二条就不说了，大家都知道该怎么做。对于第一第三条，当初在申请材料中难道没有主动地为自己辩护吗？反正我的律师是对这些都做了阐述的。
