请教父母探亲签证问题，先谢！

我父母两年前第一次来美，　入境时给了半年，　后来申请延期半年被批准，　共在美住了八个月回国。　今年想请父母再来，　不知在北京美国使馆签证，　会不会因为他们上次曾延期而遭惩罚性拒签，　请有经验兄弟姐妹指教。
