You can do it by yourself. I don't see any problem. I think you have a J1. It seems too late for your staying in USA. If you are in USA, it will be a lot faster. If you go back home China. Sorry, it may take a lot more time. You don't need have a agent to do it for you. Waste your money and doesn't save any time. Pay attention to each of details during your application. Take care.
