I don't think so. Doesn’t matter what kind of visa you have. you are applying a new visa. First of all, You have to return to Canada. I would be great if you have some friend in Canada. Then you go to USA from Canada with your Canadian Passport, job offer and directly get TN visa. In short, the TN visa will issue to you just right on the boarder. Good luck.
