My NIWs were rejected tiwce

It's really difficult to get your NIW petition approved since the category requires more, like lakeshore4 has. I'ev never worked with TOP10 Univ, just got 50 papers (all in English) published, including one in CELL, one in Mol Cell, 2 in EMBL, 1 in PNAS, 6 in Cancer Res, 4 in JBC. Two grants, one R01 from NIH, another from ACS, none from DOD. I filed two petitions under NIW, but I was unsuccessful. I am trying to file the third one with EB1a which looks much easier. Hope I could get some good suggestions from all friends here.
