Questions in G-325A, 485

I will submit the 130, 145, 765, and G325a together to the local USCIS office.
I live at CA, so I will submit to the San Jose, CA.

1) So, on questin 22 of 485, I can put San Jose , CA in the answer?
2) in g325a, there is a question, " This form is submitted in connecion with
application for , X naturalization X status as permanent resident X others
(specify), in my case, my wife is citizen and I am J-1, which one I should
choose?
