I just landed in Canada and came back to US.

1. No. Never never surrender your I-94.
2. What does "H1 VISA早已过期" mean? You meant the H1B visa stamp on the passport or your hubby's H1B status? If the H1B status is valid, not to worry. Using the I-94, H1B I-797, and employment letter from the company, and come back to US. Easy.
