You need to send your fingerprint card to the following FBI address together with USD 18 in money order or bank draft.

FBI, Criminal Justice Information Services Division
Attn: SCU, MOD D-2
1000 Custer Hollow Road
Clark*****urg, West Virginia 26306

It usually takes 3 -6 business weeks.
