FBI name check, please advice!

Happy Chinese New Year!

I have filed Green Card Application based on marriage to local immigration office last March. I got fingerprint and interview in last June and July, respectively. I got reply from USCIS that my case is on FBI name check pending this January after my request to National Custom Service. I have sent both email and fax to FBI for three months, but did not get any response. Is there anybody know how can I contact with FBI so that I can get my case status and let it speed up? Your helps are very appreciated.
