1.到加拿大去返签，可行吗？
If you have not illegally stayed or overstayed in US, Yes.

2.万一被拒，可不可以在30天返美？
No. I heard that your I94 would be taken away by the visa officer if your visa is denied. You can't enter US without a valid I94.
