LC, H1b, RIR,VA，整三年了，熬麻木了。

2002年2月file, RIR, 2003年8月State Approved, 转费城Rigional, 然后就一动不动，始终停在2003年7月上。

直到去年圣诞节前接到积案中心的问讯信。然后又是等。到今天整3年了。

真不知道劳工部那帮鸟人忙什么忙？
