移民局搞错了

去年同时递的I485和I140。全家都已经印过手印。可今天我妻子收到了I485被拒绝的
信，但在网上，我的I485和I140都在审查中，我妻子和孩子的I485也在审查中。律
师说移民局搞错了，但也没办法，只能上诉。请问各位大侠：有遇到过这种事情的
吗？该怎么办？不能打电话去移民局问吗？谢谢。
