有谁给移民局发过询问传真吗？没有人回复吗？

看这里大家的加拿大移民大多在1年内就有了消息，至少有了第二封信，可是我的都已经1年零4个月了，还没有第二封信。
我的律师说帮我发fax问了他们，可是现在还没有任何回复。
大家有过类似经验吗？有谁发过询问信？他们多久会答复吗？
