I didn't sign I-134. Are you suggesting that I go to the social worker even before I received the bills? I recall when my in-law was still in hospital, a social worker in the hospital already called us about the medical assistance. After she heard my mother-in-law was here just for a short visit, she told us she is not qualified for the assistance.
