what was the visa you used for last entry? If B1/B2, bad for next visa, because VO in Chinese hate people entering US using B visa and change/extend status. Unless during your B visa interview, you stated the truth--you were going to get marry in US, then you are perfectly fine now to get a F2 visa in China.
