NIW for graduate student

I worked in a private medical research institute in US for 4 year and enroll in a high-rank university as a graduate student last august. I am trying to apply for NIW. I have a bachelor of medicine degree which as the lawyer said can use as a master at least here. I have more than 10 publications, 4 for first author and with high citation index. Is it possible for me to apply for NIW? any suggestion is valuble and appreciate.
