About first entry to America

My wife currently studies in Germany. She just got her F2 visa in Germany and will visit me in USA sometime later. But before travelling to America, she wanna return to China first to visit her parents and then she will fly from China to America. I just wonder whether it is ok to make her first entry from China to America, not from Germany to America because her visa was issued in Germany.Thanks a lot.
