我是H-1B 身份作博士后，现准备concurrently file I -140 and I-485办NIW　和extraordinary ability. 请问需要申请示I-765(work authorization application) 吗？律师建议申请，但我不知道为什么，恳请有经验的朋友指点。　另外，照片应该去那里照，　可用护照上的照片吗？多谢，，，
