We paid the first time in 2002, later not import. A month ago, paid 2nd time, still the same price, under $200. The problem is we don't wanna import anymore, but forced to pay because if a Canadian resident drives a US car to cross the border, he has to import the car. Anyone knows how to solve the problem?
