If

1. Your 140 is not approved and Lawyer notified INS, you will have trouble
2. Your 140 is approved and Lawyer notified INS
2.1 If no RFE for employer letter, you are fine
2.2 If do have RFE for employer letter and you find an employer before RFE deadline, you are fine

Find a new job ASAP
