我未婚夫是美国护照。但是他也是打了很多个电话，接线员开始的时候总是把他转到一些莫名其妙的分机，要他留言。他知道必须给主管谈，所以最后他非常的强硬，要求接线员必须找到主管之后并且告诉他有人需要跟他谈话，再把电话接过去。我未婚夫告诉我说他听到接线员的脚步声，it was pretty funny...

Sorry. It is so hard to type Chinese. Anyway, I think the point is that you have to come out strong. They always "欺软怕硬"。I think it will help if you tell them you call from the United States.

OH, The supervisor told him that they do not consider if any American citizen is involved in the visa application while making decision.
