请问近来F1在墨西哥或加拿大的签证动态！

我是在美国由B2换的F1身份，已经在大学里上了两年，成绩都还不错。现在好想回中国探亲，该怎么办呢？如果去加拿大或墨西哥签证，风险性大吗？谢谢了！！
