I am an assitant professor who has filed 140 under eb2/niw category. My lawyer told me to do so. Can someone tell me if this is a correct category? Is an assistant professor only allowed to go for eb1-or? If you have such experience or have heard that someone has done like this, please share your information. Thank you in advance. Best wishes.
