OR based application

Hi, Dear Friends,
Can you give me some suggestions? MY case of I140 based on outstanding researcher(Eb1b) was approved recently,while 485 appplication is still pending. But, I can't keep my current job. I have to change my job in near future. Can I change my job when 485 application is pending? If I do, does it affect my 485 applicaiton? Please give me any suggestions. Thank you very much in advances.
