need help

各位前辈，小弟请教几个问题。我正在自己申请结婚绿卡，涉及到自己当前的
身份status。本人于2003年申请到H1，I-94到期日2005年5月，但我早在去年
初就失掉工作了，其后也没有再找到新工作transfer我的H1。
1，我现在申请I485时，curren INS status该填什么。
2，我是否需要交$1000罚款，怎么交法。
