Go to any immigration office at the border of Canada and USA with:

1. Offer letter.
2. Your BS or higher degree certificate.
3. Your Canadian passport.

You will get your TN working permission in about 10 minutes.

I did at both Buffalo and Mountreal. No problem at all.
