拿到J2的半年时间内才能转，否则，不能转

如果你的J2身份超过了半年时间，你就不qualify了，只能在半年之内转换。而且，如果J1没有waiver，你专身份不能在境内直接调整成J1，而需要出境签证。ISO必须给你表。
