when you got the stamp on the passpoirt, the officer will tell you:"Congrats! you are PR now, you will received the Plastic card between 6 - 12 months."

But *****. got it just 2 weeks later after stamp. Maybe it dependson which location issued.

I did stamp 10 days ago, not rcv yet.
