finger print后多久有消息？？

我con－filed 140和485， EB3 based。一月后接到finger print通知，FP后到现在已经四个月了都没有消息了，网上状态仍然是告诉我寄出了FP通知。有没有人知道现在FP后多久才有结果？ 不会是FP的错误吧？
