J1豁免后可直接申请绿卡么?
我刚看到一个网站

it said there are six methods to obtain a green card for J visa holders.
Does anybody have experience or hear about such things? Did anybody change from J1 to Green card directly after waiver? Is their step-by-step do-it-yourself instructions package realy useful? Or they are just kiding or cheaters?
