H1B going back to Beijin

Hi, Friends,

Please help me. My father got liver cancer. He already took 3 surgeries during the last 6 monthes.

I want to go back to Beijing to see him. I am holding a H1B visa. My problem is my hu*****and is a green card holder. I am afraid I will be rejected with this immigration intend.

Does anyone have the same situation and was able to get the visa?
