回复：FBI name check

Send a fax to FBI national name check program 202-324-3367. I sent them a fax in October last year and it took them two weeks to finish the name check on me once they have received my fax. It looks like FBI will not process your file until they receive a request from you. You do need to send a fax ASAP. Good luck.
