Should I talk to the AAA city INS and ask what the situation is? They told me back in December that AAA city only has jurisdiction right over family based immigration(like marring a citizen), not employment based application (like my case, marring a green card applicationer). but I don't know about interview. seems like interview just checks the background and criminal records, etc. Maybe AAA city INS can do that?
