help!

I went to local center to apply for AP but unfortunately was told that my case is holding at this moment at Vomint center. Eventually I couldn't get AP from local center. The local center didn't know the reason.

Did anybody have such kind of problem before. What's the meaning of the "hold"? I submitted I140 along with 485 and my I140 has been approved a couple of month ago.
