Just be patient. Immigration

is a privilege (benefit) not a right. You can complain about something but you don't have a right to claim something. Your individual complain mostly will be ignored by INS. If you want to make it highly audible, it will be detrimental to your current case and also possible future cases when you become well-known ot them. Just follow their rules as having done by so many people.
