I filed two I-140s (EA1 and NIW) and then an I-485 associated with the EA1 I-140. The NIW I-140 got approved first so my attorney wrote a letter to switch the I-485 to be based on the approved I-140. However, they ignored the letter and one month later they denied the EA1 I-140 and I-485. I believe it's their error because they did not switch my I485 to the approved I140. Any comments?
