1. Yes. You are eligible to get a new SSN card which has the same number on it. On your current card there is a comment mentioned that you are not authorized to work by this card. The new card will remove it.

2. No. You do not have to apply for new SSN card

3. After you get stamped on PP. Go to the office where you got you current SSN card
