when to get married?

Hello all, sorry I cannot input Chinese. Thanks for looking, I am totally confused:

If I get married after filing 485, can my wife apply for H4 and come to US? Can I file another 485 for her after she gets here?

Or I have to marry before I file the I485 and let her apply H4, wait her join me here before I file the 485 for both of us?
