1。reinstatement成功的机率怎样？99%
2。在申请reinstatement后，等待INS作决定期间，能否申请和我现在OPT的女友结婚，如果能的话，能否再转为F2.You can not change status in US during out of status and reinstatement
3. 在等待INS作决定期间，我到底算什么身份？还是F1吗？F1 pending. It is legal to stay but ont legal to work. You haveto provide enough money for school and living in US. No scholarship, no fellowship, no assistantship can pay you.
4。另外，我的I-20表五月过期，如果到时INS还没作出决定，我到底算是什么身分。You can reinstate your I-20 to the end of 2005.
