Mine 485 RD Jan. 22 2002 still

NSC. I called the 1800 number in Oct. Nov. aand Dec. they only responsed in my Oct. inquiry said it was pending for security check - name check. FP are good and already done twice. I feel terrible about the long overdue and no one can help me.
