A Question for ImmCanada

Dear ImmCanada,

I just call my prior employer, a big US company, to ask for the official reference letter requested by the Canadian Green Card application. My boss there already left the company. The company’s HR told me they could only provide the information about the period of time I worked there, job title and department on the letter. They do not have the information about my responsibilities and cannot disclose my salary information. Is it sufficient enough? Thank you very much!!!
