Canadian Police Certificate

1. My local police office does not have the fingerprint form and asked me to get one by mailing FBI. Does anyone know how long it will take FBI to send it to me?

1.What is the address for FBI where I send the fringerprint result and money oder?

2.Along with the fringerprint and moeny oder, should I attacht the letter (PC-1) and a cover letter explaining my purpose?
