It should be no problem for physicians and nurses to find jobs in Canada if they have proper licenses because Canada is short of doctors and nurses. They can take MCC test, which is available in Hongkong and prepare for RN test during application process time.
Problem is both physician and nurse are not qualitied occupations for immigration application, they must apply in other catergory that matches their work experience.
Don't know the policy for active armies. Most likely it's not allowed for immigration application by Chinese goverment because of political reason. And of course there will be some negative impact with military background.
