December seems true in TSC

In the website, December seems true for the processing time of I-485 in TSC. My case was filed in Jan. 2003. But we still have not got any information even without FP yet. My attorney never helps me after taking money. How can I do for it? Do I need to call INS for the request? Any response will be very much appreciated...
