How long can they stay?

各位新年好，

我父母上个月刚拿到B2，当时为了更有说服力，在“预计停留时间”（156表）一栏 填了 “一个月”。 现在父母买了一月中到三月中的双程机票，他们想多停留一个月（共两月）。

今天我们才发现，在visa上，除了 “发放12 /23/04， 有效到 3/22/04”还有一行小字：“family visit states one month stay”

那么，这会有什么问题吗？当他们第一次入境时，他们的入境卡上会给多少个月呢？可以跟入境的staff商量吗？
