EB1 question,please help

My hu*****and concurrently filed 140 and 485 under EB1-b. And I am dependent to him. We also applied for EAD and AP. If his 140 get RFE, will our EAD and AP be suspended? I want to use the AP to go back to China, but worry about the suspension. Thanks a lot.
