I-485?

I have a filed I-140 last year and is pending now. I plan to submit the my I-485.

I don't not have the visa number now, I only have the receipt number of I-140. Can I submit I-485 right now.

If I can file the I-485, which visa number I need show to CIS, the number of H1B visa or the receipt number of I-140?
