Dear all,
I filed appeal last year for my I140. Today I found that the USCIS information has changed about my case, before it showed that my case has been transfered to washington appealing committee and the committee will notify me for further information. THE new information is "your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete" Could somebody please explain this to me?
